Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy for Online English Language Classes and Free Education Consultancy Sessions This Cancellation Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions for canceling online English language classes and free education consultancy sessions provided by Sahra FEC Ltd ("we," "our," or "us"). By enrolling in our online classes or scheduling education consultancy sessions, you agree to abide by the terms of this Policy. Online English Language Classes: Cancellation by Student: a. If you wish to cancel a scheduled online English language class, you must notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. b. Failure to provide a 24-hour notice may result in the class being considered as conducted, and no refunds or rescheduling will be offered. Refund Policy: a. If you cancel a class with at least 24 hours' notice, we will offer a full refund or reschedule the class to a mutually agreed-upon date and time. b. Refunds will not be provided for classes canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled class time. Free Education Consultancy Sessions: Booking and Cancellation: a. Consultancy sessions are offered free of charge, subject to availability. b. If you book a free education consultancy session and are unable to attend, we kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. No-Show Policy: a. In case of a no-show (failure to attend a scheduled consultancy session without prior notice), future free consultancy session bookings may be limited. Exceptions: Technical Issues: a. In the event of technical issues preventing you from attending an online class or consultancy session, please notify us as soon as possible. b. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the class or session at a mutually convenient time. Emergency Situations: a. If you are unable to attend due to unforeseen emergency situations, please contact us to discuss the possibility of rescheduling. How to Cancel: To cancel an online English language class or a free education consultancy session, please contact us via email at info@sahrafec.com at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Changes to this Policy: We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. By enrolling in our online English language classes or booking free education consultancy sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Cancellation Policy.
